"I have loved the kitchen since the age of 7.  My great Aunt Sue was the first woman who took me into her kitchen and showed me her secrets.  She made me fall in love with cooking. She made me believe that I could be the creator of my palette by simply being creative in my kitchen.  M y life has taken many different paths in the last 20 years.  But, they all come back to my kitchen where I can be in my own world of fresh herbs and  spices with every breathful. My kitchen is the place where I create with love for people to fall in love with food, my food and an awe-inspiring experience."
