As a speaker, Erica brings the skill of a journalist with the passion of a heart disease survivor.   

She has had the privilege to speak to a handful of people and to a room of thousands and one her core messages is simple, “Win with resilience and at all times be your best because we are all one heartbeat away from our last breath."
Erica's calling is to help people not only win in their fight with heart disease but also in winning  the war with themselves.  She encourages her audience to remember that this is the only life they have so truly honor your heart and LIVE without doubt or fear but with hope, strength and courage.

 

 Erica teaches the audience how to live more abundantly with every breath.  Her true calling is in how her words dance throughout the room, encouraging and inspiring the audience in their journey.  She  empowers and equips all that she come in contact with and helps them become better people.  She gives a piece of herself to every person who hears her words with the hopes of giving their hearts a little more to beat about.
